We recommend this type of examination every 2 years for those under 65 years of age and every 1 year for those over 65 years of age.

Children_s vision screening

Children's Vision Screening

Your little ones deserve to have the best care when it comes to their health, this is why our kids’ vision screenings include a vision and a health check. This allows us to detect any problems that may be affecting their sight, as well checking for any problems that may affect their learning. If you are not sure if your little one is old enough to have an eye test, just reach out to us and we are more than happy to help you.

Diabetic Eye Exam

Diabetic retinopathy is the leading cause of vision loss for people with diabetes. This is why it is extremely important for those who are diagnosed or are borderline diabetics to have a regular diabetic eye exam with an optometrist. Our optometrist will be able to assess the health of your eyes to identify any early signs of diabetic changes and develop a management plan accordingly. We are also happy to work with your GP to create a Care Plan for you.

Note: A diabetic eye exam usually takes 60-90 minutes and we recommend no driving for a few hours after. For further inquiries, do not hesitate to contact us.
